Short answer

One platform that carries a business online: a website or a full online store, with payments, a domain name and a mailbox already attached, running inside the European Union and kept up to date for you.

Most businesses end up stitching this together. A site somewhere, a webshop plugin on top, a payment provider next to it, mail at a fourth party, and hosting at a fifth. You build your pages and products in the same editor, payments and payouts run through the same dashboard, and your domain and mailbox are managed on the same screen. Do I need technical knowledge?
No. You build pages and products by dragging blocks into place and typing your own text. The technical side, hosting, security and updates, is ours.
Can I start with a website and add a store later?
Yes. You move to an online store package when you are ready and keep the site you already built, including your domain name and mailbox.
Can I use a domain name I already own?
Yes. Move it to SitePack or point it here yourself. Every package also includes a domain name if you would rather start fresh, and we help you with the switch.
Who takes care of updates and security?
We do. New features and security fixes arrive on their own, and there is nothing for you to install or keep an eye on.
Can I move my current website over?
Yes, and we help you do it. Bring your pages, products and domain name across; our team goes through the migration with you.
Where does all of this run?
Inside the European Union: the servers, the databases, the copies of your site, the mailboxes and the payments. The company behind it is European too.
