Webador is a simple website builder for a basic site or small shop. SitePack is a European platform where your website and webshop live together, with Wero, iDEAL and Bancontact built in, an app store to extend your site, an open API with webhooks, and the option to update everything through AI using our own MCP server.
Can I extend my site with apps?
Yes. SitePack has an app store with free and paid apps, so you can add features when your business needs them and connect other systems through our API and webhooks. Webador has no app store or plugin system, so you are limited to what it offers out of the box.
What can I sell beyond a basic shop?
SitePack handles product variants with stock per variant, connects to point of sale systems such as CycleSoftware and Wilmar to keep your stock in step, and supports events and selling at markets on multiple dates. Webador is built for simpler shops and runs into its limits as you grow.
Is there a limit on how many products I can sell?
No. SitePack webshop plans do not cap the number of products, so you can grow your catalogue without moving to a higher plan. Webador limits the number of products on its lower plans and only lifts that cap on its top plan.
Are there transaction fees?
SitePack takes no commission of its own. You pay a transparent rate per transaction through SitePack Payments, on top of your software plan, covering Wero, iDEAL, Bancontact and cards. Because payments are built in, you avoid setting up an external provider, where the per-transaction costs are often higher.
What is included in the price?
Your software plan includes EU hosting, a domain and SSL, with business email on the plans that offer it. Payments run through SitePack Payments, and you can extend your site with free and paid apps from the app store when you need more.
Which payment methods can I accept?
Wero, iDEAL, Bancontact and cards, all built in through SitePack Payments, so you are ready for the way European customers pay, including the move from iDEAL to Wero.
Can I update my site through AI?
Yes. SitePack has its own MCP server, so you can update your site and shop through AI assistants. It is built into the platform rather than a separate tool.
Is there a free plan?
