Exit popup

Most visitors leave your shop without buying and without leaving a way to reach them again. Exit popup gives you one last, well-timed chance: when a visitor is about to leave, a clean popup invites them to join your newsletter.

On desktop the popup appears when the mouse moves towards the browser bar to close the tab or go elsewhere. On phones and tablets it appears when a visitor quickly scrolls back up after reading, or after a delay you choose. It never shows in the first seconds of a visit, never on the cart, checkout or order confirmation, and it stays away for the number of days you set once a visitor has seen or closed it. After a signup it never shows again.

You decide what visitors see: pick an image from your media library (or keep the neutral default illustration), write a title and a short text, and set the button text and accent colour. After signing up, the popup changes into a thank-you screen with your own message, for example to announce a discount code.

Subscriptions go straight into your SitePack newsletter, and the signup event is picked up by your other apps, such as Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel. All texts are translatable: write them once in your main language and translate them under Content > Translations, so every visitor sees the popup in their own language. The popup follows your theme's font, colours and corner radius, works on every screen size and is fully keyboard accessible.
