How to set it up
No technical knowledge needed.
- Install the app Add LeadBot to your site from the SitePack marketplace.
- Copy your domain key In LeadBot, open Install script and copy only the value after domainKey=.
- Paste the key Open the app settings in SitePack, paste the key in the Domain key field and save.
- Check the installation Open your website, then confirm the installation in your LeadBot account.
- Build your flows Set up your buttons, flows and AI chat in LeadBot.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a LeadBot account?
Yes. The app loads your LeadBot widget, so you need an account at leadbot.com. You can start with a 30-day free trial.
Where do I find my domain key?
In your LeadBot account under Install script. Copy only the value after domainKey= in the script code, not the whole HTML.
Do I need to edit my website template?
No. The app places the LeadBot script right before the closing body tag on every page, exactly once.
Where do I set up flows and the AI chat?
In your LeadBot account. Changes there show up on your website straight away, without changing anything in SitePack.
Nothing appears on my website, what now?
Check that the domain key is filled in without spaces or HTML. If the key is empty or invalid, the app does not load the script.
What does LeadBot cost?
LeadBot has its own pricing, see leadbot.com/pricing. The SitePack app itself only connects your account.
