Can clients book an appointment online?
Clients send an appointment request through a form with treatment, preferred stylist, date and time. It lands in the CRM and your inbox, and you confirm it. SitePack has no live appointment calendar, so if you already use a booking tool, simply link to it.
How do I keep my price list up to date?
Put your treatments and prices on one page, grouped by cuts, colour or beauty treatments. Change a price in the editor and it is live straight away.
Can I sell hair care products online?
Yes. Add a webshop and create products with variants for size or shade, each with its own price and stock. Clients pay by credit card, Wero, iDEAL or Bancontact through SitePack Payments.
Can I sell gift vouchers?
Yes. Create a gift voucher as a product in the webshop and add the amounts as variants, for example €25, €50 and €75. Clients pay online.
Can clients reach me on WhatsApp?
Yes. The WhatsApp app from the SitePack app store adds a chat button to your site. Clients message your salon with one tap.
Can I show before and after photos?
Yes. Show them in a gallery or next to the treatment they belong to. Ask clients for permission before you post photos in which they can be recognised.
