The challenge
Most of Van Jean's customers first meet the collection in person: at the market stall, during a lady's night or at a clothing party at home. After that first meeting there was no easy way to keep shopping, to see what was new that week or to find out where the stall would be next.

What we built
We built a clear, mobile friendly webshop on SitePack with the full collection split into categories such as cardigans, blouses, jackets, shirts, sweaters, trousers and accessories. A New in section on the homepage shows the latest styles every week, and the About us page tells the story behind Van Jean and explains how to book a home party.

The WhatsApp app adds a chat button to every page. One tap opens a conversation with Van Jean, with a friendly message already filled in, so customers can ask about a size, a colour or the next market just like they would at the stall.

The Exit popup app invites visitors who are about to leave to sign up for the weekly newsletter. That one mail a week brings the new collection, discounts and the locations of the market stall straight to the inbox, so customers know where to find Van Jean next.

Payments run on SitePack Payments, fully built into the checkout. Customers pay with the methods they know, and Van Jean manages orders and payments in one place, without a separate payment provider to set up.

What it brought
Van Jean now has one place where market visitors, home party guests and online shoppers come together. Orders are delivered within two working days, questions come in through WhatsApp, and every newsletter signup is a customer who can be invited to the next market or lady's night.
