Accept iDEAL: costs and how it works
Short answer
With SitePack Payments you accept iDEAL for €0.25 per transaction on Online Store Starter and €0.22 on Online Store Grow, excluding VAT. There is no separate payment provider to sign up with, and no extra subscription for the payment method itself.
What iDEAL costs per transaction
You pay a fixed amount per successful iDEAL payment, and the amount depends on your package. A refund to your customer's bank account costs the same fixed amount. Each payout to your own bank account costs €0.35 on Starter or €0.32 on Grow. All rates exclude VAT.
How to start accepting iDEAL
Activate SitePack Payments in your dashboard and complete the account check. Once you are approved, iDEAL appears in your checkout. Your revenue is paid out to your bank account on a fixed schedule: weekly on Starter, weekly or daily on Grow.

iDEAL becomes Wero
Since early 2026 Dutch checkouts show iDEAL | Wero. Transactions move to the European Wero platform step by step, and the name iDEAL is expected to disappear by the end of 2027. In the Netherlands a price cap applies until the end of 2028. SitePack Payments has both methods built in. Wero costs €0.25 per payment up to €50 on Starter, and a fixed amount plus a percentage above that.
